• Quest to make cattle fart like Kangaroos
  OK, so it’s not the holy grail. But it would mak a huge impact on greehouse gas buildup, since kangaroos do not produce methane. (Posted because I like the fact that it sounds totally absurd, but turns out to be simple and practical.)
