I have some otherwise-sane friends who are considering voting Tory next time. Here’s a reminder: Labour are bad, but the Tories are worse. Bad as Brown is, he’s not out to destroy the welfare state to that extent. Don’t let them back, for fuck’s sake.

Suffering from the periodic urge I get to replace my wardrobe with Cayce Pollard Units (everything plain, black and logo-free). These aren’t exactly logoless shoes, but I like the anti-brand as brand aesthetic, and the boot version looks ace. Tempting.
